Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kifayah, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase.
  • Products must be:
  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and care reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping, as Kifayah is not responsible for lost return parcels.

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed.
